SportsNavio is operated by Ravalak Web Solutions, Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.

What we collect

For organisations that sign up: the organisation’s name and address, the owner’s name, email and phone, and billing details (cards are held by Stripe, not by us). Each organisation decides what player and family information it collects in its own League App; that information belongs to the organisation.

How it is kept

Each organisation has its own private database. Access is limited to that organisation’s managers and coaches (by their role) and to SportsNavio support when the organisation asks for help. Connections are encrypted.

The SportsNavio app

The app stores your schedule, roster and pending changes on your phone so they work without signal, and registers your phone for notifications. Signing out removes them. You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app.

How we use it

To run and bill the service, send account and notification emails, and help with support. We never sell personal information.

Your choices

Organisations can export their data and close their account at any time. Families should contact their league about their records. Questions: info@sportsnavio.ca.
