Questions
What is a seat?
One seat for each league manager and coach who has a login, you included. Parents and players never need a seat, however many register.
What happens when I add coaches?
Seats are added for you as you add coaches, charged from that day for the rest of the month. When coaches leave, lower your seats under Seats & billing and the difference is credited.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets 14 days free. Your card is taken by Stripe at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Do you take a cut of registration fees?
No. Registration fees go straight to your league’s own Stripe, Square or PayPal account (or by e-Transfer). SportsNavio never touches them; only your payment processor charges its normal card fee.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is added for your province.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no contracts. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like; your league stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
Can we pause between seasons?
Lower your seats to just yourself in the off-season and add coaches back when teams are made. Your players, history and settings stay.
